I have an original copy of Wordstar 3.3 for my Kaypro, but I am unable to modify it for use with the P112 (VT 100 terminal) because the WS install program does not allow it (something about licensing...). I have been unable to locate any WS 3.3 for download on the internet that will work, and I was wondering if anybody here has a copy already set up for VT100. Since i own the original disks, that would not constitute a copyright infringement. Walid -- The universe is but an illusion of our imperfect senses and reality is stranger than we can fathom. Can't help you with 3.3, but 4.0 can be found over at http://www.retroarchive.org/cpm/text/text.htm Warning: You will get used to ^U (Undo). It will be difficult to live without if you ever have to go back to 3.3. -- roger ivie rivie at ridgenet.net From wmaalouli at comcast.net Sun Feb 11 02:04:00 2007 From: wmaalouli at comcast.net (Walid Maalouli) Date: Sat, 10 Feb 2007 18:04:00 -0800 Subject: [P112] Wordstar 3.3 References: Message-ID: <000501c74d80$e5bd2780$6901a8c0@admnzg9q2aku5w> I was aware of that site. The 4.0 version posted there is missing the needed WS.COM file for some reason, and the 3.0 versions require a listing from the manual for proper installation of a custom terminal (VT 100). My 3.3 manual does not have that listing as the installation procedure is much more simplified for that version. I'll keep looking :) Walid ----- Original Message ----- > > Can't help you with 3.3, but 4.0 can be found over at > http://www.retroarchive.org/cpm/text/text.htm > > Warning: You will get used to ^U (Undo).
