This forum is set up so that when one clicks REPLY to a message posted to the group, the response is directed to the author of the message rather than to the group as a whole. That is counter productive to a group intended for general support because only the author will see the response and it will not be archived for use by the group. This needs to be changed ASAP. It's not the way to configure a *discussion* forum without disrupting the discussion. Every response to a query potentially answers the same query for many others in addition to the original questioner... *if* they see the response.
